01

A run is missing

Open More Miles Settings, confirm Apple Health is connected, then use Sync now. Review access in Health → Sharing → Apps → More Miles. Running workouts and supported indoor or outdoor walks can be imported.

02

Some metrics show as unavailable

More Miles displays data associated with each workout in Apple Health. Availability depends on the recording app, wearable, permissions, and what the source saved. A Strava workout may include heart rate but omit kilometre-level speed or running-dynamics samples. Missing values are shown as unavailable, never zero.

03

Heart-rate zones differ from Apple Fitness

Automatic More Miles zones use the health and workout information available to the app. They may not exactly reproduce Apple Fitness. Use Customize to enter the Zone 2–5 starting BPM values visible on Apple Watch when you want matching boundaries.

04

Delete More Miles data

Open Settings and choose Delete All Data. This removes More Miles’ local records, goals, gear, and preferences while leaving the original workouts in Apple Health untouched.

05

Supported devices

More Miles is designed for iPhone on iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch provides the richest running data. Workouts from Garmin, Strava, Nike Run Club, Huawei, and other services can appear when their apps write compatible workouts and metrics to Apple Health.
